What does CampaignFlow cost for an Indian brand?
The free plan has no card and no trial clock. Pro is ₹499 a month, paid by UPI or card and cancellable any time, and it is priced in rupees, so there is no dollar conversion to watch.
AI features carry a plan allowance; the rest has none. Planning, Campaign Guard's rule checks, scheduling, publishing, analytics and syncing are never metered on any plan, so the work that keeps a campaign consistent does not run out mid-month. A Custom plan for several brands, or one brand at a faster pace, is arranged by email.

Can I publish in Hindi and regional languages?
Yes. The interface and the generated posts both work in 11 languages: English, Hindi, Hinglish, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Punjabi. A brand chooses the content languages it publishes in, and each draft is checked in the script it is written in.
Hinglish, Hindi written in Roman script, is a language of its own here rather than an afterthought, because it is how many Indian brands actually talk to customers online. See regional-language marketing for how to run a campaign across more than one language.
How does a small team work together?
Each brand has Owner, Admin, Editor, Creator, Approver, Client and Viewer roles, plus custom roles, and a teammate joins from an invite link. A client reviews a post from a link with no account. The quick share link from a post lasts 72 hours and records one decision; an approval workflow runs up to six stages, each with a deadline and reminders, and its links last 14 days. Approval is sign-off by default; turn on 'require approval before publishing' and an unapproved post can't go out. See the client approval guide.
Approvals can also happen in chat. Vira, CampaignFlow's WhatsApp assistant, is rolling out. Until it reaches your account, the same approve, revise and publish actions are available in the web app, and a client can still approve from a link.
Where does it publish?
Instagram, Facebook Pages, YouTube and Threads, each through the platform's official API. LinkedIn and Pinterest are pending platform review. CampaignFlow plans and publishes; it is not a social inbox and does not reply to comments or messages.
