Plan, write, schedule and measure

Run a campaign, not forty separate posts.

Remembers every hashtag, figure and claim across the campaign, so post 7 never repeats post 3. Then publishes on schedule.

Questions, answered

What CampaignFlow does, what it can touch, and what it costs.

Or see everything it does

What is CampaignFlow?

CampaignFlow plans, writes, schedules and tracks a whole social media campaign in one place. Every post in the campaign gets a format and a call to action before anyone writes, every draft is checked against what the campaign has already said, and the whole campaign is published on schedule.

Who makes CampaignFlow, and is it Indian?

Yes. CampaignFlow is built in India by Viralytics, priced in rupees and paid by UPI or card. CampaignFlow at campaignflow.in is the Indian social media campaign platform made by Viralytics. It is not affiliated with campaignflow.app, campaignflow.com.au or campaignflowai.com, which are separate products that share the name.

Which platforms does CampaignFlow publish to?

Instagram, Facebook Pages, YouTube and Threads, each through the platform's official API. LinkedIn and Pinterest are pending platform review.

Is CampaignFlow free?

Yes — there is no card and no trial clock. AI features, including Campaign Guard's spelling, grammar and claims check, carry a plan allowance per brand; the rest has none, so planning, Campaign Guard's rule checks, scheduling, publishing and analytics have no limit on any plan. Pro raises the limits for a monthly fee, paid by UPI or card and cancellable any time; a Custom plan is arranged by email.

Can CampaignFlow post something I did not schedule?

No. It publishes only what you explicitly schedule, at the time you scheduled it, to the accounts you connected. Each post is re-checked 15 minutes before it goes out, and a post that is not ready is held back at sending time rather than published.

Does CampaignFlow need my social media passwords?

No. Connecting an account always happens on that platform's own sign-in screen, so CampaignFlow never sees your password. Access tokens are encrypted at rest, and your content is not used to train models.

Can a client approve posts without an account?

Yes. Send a reviewer a link and they can approve the post or ask for changes without signing in. The quick link from a post lasts 72 hours and records one decision; approval workflows add up to six stages, with a deadline and reminders for each.

Does approving stop an unapproved post publishing?

Not by default. Turn on 'require approval before publishing' for the brand and an unapproved post can't be scheduled, and a scheduled one is held back if its approval is withdrawn.

Is CampaignFlow multilingual?

Yes. The interface and the generated posts both work in 11 languages: English, Hindi, Hinglish, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam and Punjabi. A brand picks the content languages it publishes in, and each draft is checked in the script it is written in.

Can I manage CampaignFlow from WhatsApp?

CampaignFlow is rolling out a WhatsApp assistant, Vira, that sends a post for review the moment it is ready, with Approve, Revise and Publish buttons, so owners and editors can act without opening the app. Until it reaches every account, the same actions are available in the web app.

Can a team work together in CampaignFlow?

Yes. Each brand has Owner, Admin, Editor, Creator, Approver, Client and Viewer roles, plus custom roles, teammates join from an invite link, and a client can approve a post from a link with no account. Alerts reach the team in Slack, Discord, Telegram, email or a webhook.

How much does CampaignFlow cost?

The free plan has no card and no trial clock, and Pro is ₹499 a month, paid by UPI or card and cancellable any time. AI features, including Campaign Guard's spelling, grammar and claims check, carry a plan allowance; the rest has none, so planning, Campaign Guard's rule checks, scheduling, publishing and analytics are unlimited on every plan.

Can CampaignFlow tell me what people say about my brand?

Yes, on Pro and Custom. Social Listening reads public posts about your brand, your competitors and your industry on Instagram (from the accounts you track), Threads, YouTube, Bluesky and news sites, rates the mood, and writes a short brief each day. It does not read X, Reddit, TikTok or LinkedIn.

Can CampaignFlow make reels?

Yes. Reel Studio turns an idea into a scene-by-scene plan, then a vertical video with music and subtitles you can switch off, and an editor with a timeline and an Ask AI chat for changes. The scene text is checked by Campaign Guard, and renders carry a plan allowance.

Does CampaignFlow know Indian festivals?

Yes. The Planner shows Indian festivals and observances on the calendar, narrowed by the states a brand trades in and its kind of business, plus the brand's own dates. A campaign can be launched from a date, and upcoming dates with nothing planned are called out.

Does CampaignFlow replace Buffer, Later or Hootsuite?

For campaign work on Instagram, Facebook Pages, YouTube and Threads, it can. CampaignFlow plans the whole campaign and checks each draft against it, in 11 languages, including Hindi, Tamil and Bengali. It has no social inbox and fewer networks, so teams that need those keep the other tool. See the comparison pages for each.

How do I delete my data?

Disconnecting an account from the Accounts page revokes the grant and destroys the stored credential. Deleting your account from Settings is immediate and removes your brand brief, campaigns, posts, media, credentials and publishing history.
