Terms of Service

Effective 9 September 2026Updated 9 September 2026
CampaignFlow is a product of Viralytics, operated by Shresth Srivastava, proprietor, trading as Viralytics — a registered Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise (MSME) in India, Udyam Registration No. UDYAM-UP-50-0279085 ("we", "us", "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

These terms govern your use of CampaignFlow. By creating an account, connecting a social media account, or using any part of the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use CampaignFlow.

These terms are between you and Shresth Srivastava, proprietor, trading as Viralytics. If you are using CampaignFlow on behalf of a company or client, you agree to them both for yourself and for that organisation.

2. Eligibility

To use CampaignFlow you must be:

  • 18 years of age or over.
  • Legally able to enter into a binding contract.
  • Authorised to act for the brand you are publishing for, and for each social account you connect.

If you connect an account you are not authorised to publish to, you are in breach of these terms and of that platform's own rules.

3. The Service

CampaignFlow is a tool for planning and running social media campaigns. It:

  • Plans a campaign as a body of work rather than a list of unrelated posts.
  • Generates captions and slide copy with a large language model.
  • Renders slide images.
  • Schedules posts and publishes them through each platform's official API.
  • Reports what published and how it performed.

CampaignFlow is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Meta, LinkedIn, Google or YouTube. It is a client of their public APIs, and its behaviour is bounded by what those APIs allow.

4. Your Account

You must give accurate details when you register, and keep them accurate. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for everything done under your account, whether or not you did it. Tell us at [email protected] if you believe someone else has access to it.

5. Connected Accounts and Publishing

Connecting a social account grants CampaignFlow permission to publish on your behalf through that platform's official API, using the minimum access scope needed to do so. We ask for no more than publishing and the metrics needed to report on what published.

CampaignFlow publishes only what you explicitly schedule, at the time you scheduled it, to the accounts you connected. Nothing is posted without your action. That is not a guarantee the post will go live: the platform can still reject, delay, throttle or remove it under its own rules, and a scheduled post can fail for reasons entirely outside our control.

5.1 Instagram and Facebook

Publishing to Instagram and Facebook goes through Meta's official APIs. You must comply with Meta's Terms of Service and Community Standards for everything you publish through CampaignFlow.

5.2 LinkedIn

Publishing to LinkedIn goes through LinkedIn's official API. You must comply with LinkedIn's User Agreement.

5.3 YouTube

CampaignFlow uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube channel you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and you acknowledge the Google Privacy Policy.

You can revoke CampaignFlow's access to your Google and YouTube data at any time from Google's security settings at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

5.4 Google Drive

Google Drive import is optional and read-only. It is used only for the files you pick in the import dialog — CampaignFlow does not browse, index or write to the rest of your Drive.

5.5 Token storage and revocation

Access tokens for connected accounts are encrypted at rest. Disconnecting an account from the Accounts page revokes that credential immediately.

Revoking access on the platform's own settings screen stops future publishing, but does not by itself delete data CampaignFlow already holds. See Unlinking & Data Deletion for how to have that data removed.

6. Your Content and Your Responsibility

You own what you write and upload. We claim no ownership of your captions, images, videos or campaign plans.

You are responsible for:

  • Holding the rights to every image, video and line of copy you schedule.
  • That content complying with each connected platform's rules and with applicable Indian law.
  • Reviewing a post before you schedule it, and checking that it published as intended.

7. AI-Generated Content

Captions and slide copy in CampaignFlow are generated by a large language model. That output is not reviewed by a person before it reaches you. It may be inaccurate, misleading or unoriginal, and you are responsible for checking it before you publish it.

Campaign Guard's warnings are advisory. They flag things worth a second look; they are not a guarantee that a post complies with your brand guidelines, a platform's rules or the law.

8. Acceptable Use

You may not use CampaignFlow to:

  • Publish content that violates a connected platform's community standards.
  • Send spam, or post in automated bulk in a way designed to evade a platform's limits.
  • Impersonate a person, brand or organisation.
  • Publish to an account you are not authorised to act for.
  • Reverse engineer the service, scrape it, or interfere with its operation or with other users' access to it.

We may suspend or terminate an account that does any of these.

9. Service Availability and Data Accuracy

CampaignFlow is provided on an "as is, as available" basis. We do not guarantee any level of uptime. Features may change or be withdrawn, and scheduled maintenance may interrupt publishing.

We publish through the platforms' own official APIs and do not control their review processes, rate limits, outages or policy changes.

Performance metrics shown in CampaignFlow are read from the platforms' public data and their APIs. Those platforms delay, revise and sometimes omit that data. Treat CampaignFlow as a convenient view of it, not the authoritative record — the platform's own dashboard is the record.

10. Intellectual Property

CampaignFlow — the software, its interface and its brand — belongs to Shresth Srivastava, trading as Viralytics. Using the service does not transfer any of that to you. You keep ownership of your own content, as set out in section 6.

11. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes what we collect, why, and how long we keep it. It forms part of these terms and is incorporated here by reference.

12. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms.

Deleting your account is irreversible. Your campaigns, drafts, scheduled posts and connected-account credentials are removed and cannot be restored. Posts already published to a platform stay on that platform — delete them there.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CampaignFlow is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that a scheduled post will publish, or that generated copy will be accurate or suitable for your use.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss — including lost revenue, lost business or reputational harm arising from a post that failed to publish, published late, or was removed by a platform.

Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or ₹0 where you have paid us nothing.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against claims, damages and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from content you published through CampaignFlow, your breach of these terms, or your breach of a connected platform's rules or of applicable law.

16. Changes to These Terms

We will post updated terms on this page and give notice in the app before a change takes effect. Continued use of CampaignFlow after that means you accept the updated terms.

17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

Before starting proceedings, please raise the dispute with the Grievance Officer named in our Privacy Policy so we have a chance to resolve it.
