CampaignFlow plans a social media campaign as one body of work. Every slot in the run gets a format and an ask before anyone writes a word, and the rotation — format, ask and audience — is drawn as a grid with every repeat flagged.
Every draft is checked against the run: hashtags and headline figures already spent, slide and caption limits, and your own list of claims you must not make. Feedback in plain English produces a revision that changes only what you named, and every earlier version is kept.
A whole campaign is scheduled in one go, in your brand's timezone, and published through each platform's official API to Instagram, Facebook Pages and YouTube. LinkedIn is pending platform review. Each post is re-checked 15 minutes before it goes out and retried if a platform fails; posts that are not ready are held back.
Reviewers approve a post or ask for changes from a link, without an account. Alerts go to Slack, Discord, Telegram, email, a webhook or in-app. Instagram posts are re-read on every login and YouTube channels are tracked, with every reading appended rather than overwritten.
Nothing is posted without your action, CampaignFlow never sees your social media passwords, access tokens are encrypted at rest, and your content is not used to train models.
