Is CampaignFlow free for a solo creator?

Yes. There is no card and no trial clock, and you can run a campaign start to finish inside the free allowances.

Only generation carries an allowance, because it costs money per call. The linter, the rotation planner, the campaign timeline and analytics are never metered. When an allowance runs out, the control shows it and stops; your work stays, the checks keep running, and published posts keep syncing. The numbers are on the pricing page.

Can I post once without setting up a campaign?

Yes. One-off posts skip the brief: upload a file or pull one from Google Drive, write the caption, and schedule it.

The caption is still checked. Spent hashtags, repeated figures and platform limits are flagged on a one-off post just as they are in a campaign. That matters most on the days you are posting quickly, which is when a hashtag you used last week or a caption that runs past the platform's limit is easiest to miss.

One-off posts are the way in for most people who work alone. Nothing about them has to be undone later: when you do want a plan, you answer the brief and start a campaign alongside them.

  1. Bring the file in. Upload it, or pull it from Google Drive.
  2. Write the caption. The linter flags anything worth a second look as you go.
  3. Schedule it. Pick the account and the time. It is re-checked 15 minutes before it goes out.

How do I plan a month of posts?

Answer ten questions about your brand, then plan a campaign. Every slot gets a format and an ask before you write a word.

The planner follows rotation rules, so formats alternate and the ask varies, and it names the content pillar that is furthest behind. Drafts are generated for each slot. When one is wrong, say what is wrong in plain English and only that changes; every earlier version is one click away. Then schedule the whole run in one go, on the weekdays and time you pick, in your timezone. The campaign planning guide walks through it.

The point of planning up front is the bookkeeping. By post seven of a month, it is hard to remember which hashtags you have used, whether formats really alternated, or whether you already led with a figure. The rotation and the linter keep that record for you, so what is left is judgement about what to say.

Drafts are written by an AI model and are not reviewed by a person before they reach you. Read every one before you schedule it; the checks point at problems, they do not replace your eye.

  • A format and an ask for every slot, decided before writing
  • Every repeat of format, ask or audience flagged while it is still a draft
  • The pillar furthest behind its share, named for the next slot
  • Hashtags and headline figures tracked across the whole run

How do I know if a post did well?

Each post is measured against your own median, not an industry average. A post is judged by what is normal for your account.

Posts on Instagram, Facebook Pages, YouTube and Threads are re-read when you sign in, and new numbers are appended rather than overwritten, so you can see how a post moved over time. Measuring against your median explains why that is a fairer comparison for a small account.

An industry average mixes your account with ones many times its size and in other niches. Your median answers a narrower question that you can act on: was this post better or worse than what you usually get? Tracking is never metered, and syncing never stops, whatever plan you are on.

Where can I publish, and is my account safe?

Instagram, Facebook Pages, YouTube and Threads, through each platform's official API. LinkedIn is pending platform review.

You connect on the platform's own sign-in screen, so CampaignFlow never sees your password. It posts only what you scheduled, when you scheduled it. Tokens are encrypted at rest, and your content is not used to train models or sold.
